FIRST VISIT
INITIAL CONSULTATION
From the first moment, Dr Janine and team take the time to really listen. We dive deep into your or your child’s case history to uncover the root causes of health challenges. Many families report feeling heard and confident for the first time, with clarity about what’s affecting their health.
INSIGHT SCANS & FUNCTIONAL TESTING
During your first visit, we analyse nervous system function using INSiGHT® scans, digital posture assessments, and neuro-structural examinations. These tools measure stress and tension in the nervous system and reveal how the brain regulates movement, posture, coordination, and balance. Spinal, pelvic and hip x-rays may be used when clinically necessary to gain a full picture.
SECOND VISIT
REPORT OF FINDINGS
This is our favourite visit. We share the results of your scans and testing, explain what’s happening in your body, and give you a clear, actionable plan. We are meticulous and thorough. All your questions and concerns are answered so you can move forward with confidence.
PERSONALISED CARE PLAN
Every body is unique. After reviewing your consultation, scans, and testing, we create a customised care plan with specific adjustment frequency and duration, including any individual home care, designed to meet your or your child’s needs and health goals.
ONGOING CARE
CHIROPRACTIC ADJUSTMENTS
Finally, the healing begins. Our gentle, safe, neurologically-focused neuro-tonal adjustments relieve tension and stress from the nervous system. Most patients are surprised by how comfortable and precise the care feels from the very first session.
