Your neck exercises are essential to regain one of the most important curves in nature - your neck curve
With this exercise our goal is to strengthen the muscles at the back of your neck and stretch the muscles at the front of your neck.
Neck strengthening is vital as we spend more and more time in front of monitors, at the wheel of the car and other similar positions
This exercise should only be performed when instructed to by your chiropractor as part of your corrective chiropractic program
