Mid Back Strengthening Exercises
Back extension exercises are so important for many of our patients at House of Chiropractic to strengthen the spine.
The longer we are in forward postures at work or home, like lifting or on computers our back extensors become weaker and weaker and long term spinal problems result.
These exercises for your thoracic spine are only to be done in conjunction with your chiropractor's recommendations for you.
