Low Back Strengthening Exercises

Our low back exercises are simple but effective. This exercise is to strengthen your low back.

Unfortunately your low back can become damaged from numerous daily activities that can cause micro trauma and cause your low back to become misaligned.

Along with spinal corrections (adjustments) many patients need to strengthen the low back.

Please only perform this exercise as part of your chiropractic program and with consultation with your chiropractor.
